It's been almost two years, but I finally got the chance to beat my own record (again)! With a completely new layout I managed to almost halve the opening time, which means this beast opens in only 3.55s. The closing is over twice as fast too, at only 1.3s.
At 5720 blocks it is also almost 3000 blocks smaller than my older 8x8.
It's been quite a while since my last showcase video, and I apologize for that. But I have quite a few builds ready that I will be making videos for in the upcoming months, so you have that to look forward to!
One of the reasons this video in particular took so long, is that I took a couple breaks from editing. I felt like I shouldn't rush the video, so I took it easy, and I think it turned out pretty good! I tried a couple new things (eg different labels for the circuit showcase), so let me know what you think!
NOTE: I updated the opening time in the title. Since this video was uploaded, the way we measure door speeds has seen a slight change, which increases times by 0.15s.

It took a bit longer than Id hoped for, but here it is! The tutorial for the super fast super small super sync super reliable seamless 5x5 door!
Its only 1014 blocks (13x13x6), closes in 1.4s and opens in 1.05s!
