If you hate subtitles you will like this video! This is from 12 km observation #11 shot last September 25th. I won't provide all the details here since no claims are made and I'm doing another big time sync video comparison from this observation too. Hopefully narrated instead of subtitles. What I tried to juxtapose is the apparent 'speed' of a few clips shot close together. Sometimes extremely fast, sometimes appearing almost slow motion. Sometimes very fast to very slow just minutes later (and a different direction) as in this observation. Refraction effects at a distance can look like very strong directional wind. Wind may play a role but it can't be the only factor. The clips are all the same speed, with a sped up time lapse at the end. I left the original audio in the 'slow' parts to add to the effect since it was such a strange echo and resonance. More on that in the full video.

Besides the apparent speed thing, there are a number of other things to notice in this footage, but I'll see what people pick up on.
