This is a modified version of the Impulse SV/Silentwhisper item filter. It uses the discovery made by Silent that a 2 tick delay is required to make item filters reliable on bedrock, and it uses the method put forward by Impulse on java.

Materials List(per channel):
2+ hoppers (depending on if you do a hopper chain and how many storage chests you want)
2+chests(depending on how many bulk storage chests you want.
