That doesn't mean I won't wear leggings to the gym or with an athleisure outfit, but it means I'm done with treating leggings as regular pants! I've been a huge fan of leggings for women of all ages, including over 50, but I've discovered some alternatives that are so good you will be saying "bye bye" to your leggings for good!
