1. The classic. Match a book to your current outfit.
2. How do you source your books - buy new/second hand/library? Is this similar to how you shop for clothes?
3. Fashionopolis discusses a new trend of companies emerging that rent out high fashion clothes. If you could hire out clothes for a short time, would you?
4. Do you think about how books are made, are there fast fashion books? Some books have many editions/sprayed edges etc.... Would you buy multiple editions of your favourite books?
5. To produce sustainable cruelty free clothing in the future we may have to use new practices that some may be uncomfortable with...such as lab grown 'leather'. Name a book that challenged your world view and made you think of a different way of living.
6. Fast fashion houses seek out top new designs and rush to bring them into an everyday market. Do you have a book with a cover that has copied an ‘in vogue’ cover trend?
7. Technology is changing the way that clothes are manufactured - in the not too distant future home 3d printing of clothes is expected. You could essentially design your own clothes and print them yourself. If you could submit tropes you loved to new tech/AI like chat GPT and receive back a full novel, would you want to read it?
8. Name an eco fashion company/or green publishers that you like/have used/intend to use.
9. What book covers would you want to turn into outfits to wear/would you wear if they were a pattern on clothing?
