Suddenly my 6 year old post of this is a mile out of sync for some reason.
This is the best version PERIOD of this song, much better than the studio version,,, it's very Faron to outshine his recording live onstage,,, which says ALOT !!
Faron had all his skills that night in 1988, the band is tight and kickin' and everybody is generally firing on all cylinders.
The fiddle players are Faron's long time player Ernie Reed and Grand Ole Opry staff band fiddler Hoot Hester.
