ok so ive found a way to get out of the heart of darkness its not easy but you get out and back to the main map you can still find the diamonds and the jackle tapes,buy your weapons and all of that stuff .once you are out you cannot get back into the heart of darkness.

this was found by myself if you can leave a like that would be much appreciated and comment if you have any issues or questions that i could help you with thanks.
