I managed to get SweetFX working on Nvidia cards in Far Cry 4 without the use of any injectors or external programs, It's almost like real life :p

The game barely drops any frames, maybe 1 or 2, but in most cases the game stays around 50-55fps, 70 at most. Video Footage available in 60fps as well!
Just drop the files in Far Cry 4\bin (same place as FarCry4.exe) and you're good to go!

The preset is already included in the .zip file, but if you want to use it in other games as well, get the preset here:

It's recommended you go into your Nvidia Control Panel and change "Pre-Rendered Frames" to 3, to get rid of stutter and FPS drops.
This preset has only been tested on Windows 8.1 x64 on an Nvidia GTX 760, I don't know about any other builds of Windows
or if it works on AMD cards, I assume it does because Radeon Pro exists.
