I tried like hell to do the first american double bill for Furey..... at the amerian cinematheque...

but to pull it off required canadian films OK/nod...and they would NEVER give that to lewis...

my dream double bill was Fantastico and Rats and Rabbits....

lewis was on board... but at the last second, the candian film board said NO....

they were scares shitless....

as well should they be.
