Playing Fantastic Dizzy this week is one of the reasons why I love doing this channel, and why it's so worth it. Back in the day, I saw adds for the Dizzy games more than a few times on the Nintendo, in all their unlicensed glory, and I scoffed, thinking, "What the heck are these bizarre games with an egg as the main character? This is just silly, no wonder it's unlicensed."
So, it's safe to say that not only did I have low expectations for the game this week, they were all the way down in the basement.
And then a funny thing happened...I actually PLAYED the game, and everything turned around. Fantastic Dizzy is exhibit A for "Don't judge a game by it's cover". Take a look and see for yourself!
