Fancy as everyone loves.
This station makes the minecarts go into the floor and it'll store them for you. You can store not only one, but around 46 of them. Not that you'll need that, but whatever.

A hidden entrance that doesnt have to use a button/ lever to open it, but a redstone torch, who would suspect that?
You can also use only one half and have a 1x2 door. Each half is 4x4x8 (4x8x8 in total).

Oh, in the snapshot14w06b boats break very easily, so I suggest you using 1.7 or the snapshot14w05b below to test it with boats. They might still break, though.

A simple Minecart Rail with no ugly redstone showing but that still works like a charm!
You dont have to press anything when you arrive or depart from the station, just put a minecart in the rail, hop on it and the system will do the rest.

Some people in the comments said Minecraft Zephirr has also made a station similar to this one. I obviously didnt copy him as you can see his design is not seamless and doesnt have the minecart colletion in the main station. Still, its a very nice one which uses the same concept I did, so be sure to check it out (:
