This is a wheel I've always wanted since I first tried it at a racing game room (it is like a 'PC-Bang' in korea) in 2017. Back then, I was a student and didn't have much money. Now, money isn't an issue but I've been hesitanted to buy it, as it's still expensive by my standards.
After pre-research, I found information that older Fanatec steering wheels had five unused data pins (universal hubs have one). So I bought this wheel with confident I could repair it and won the bid for about $130 including shipping from the US to Korea at Ebay. Then I got the wheel yesterday, a month later.
