Light bulbs that turn into mini softboxes is todays experiment using fan blade LED lights meant for garage lighting. These shop lights have a wide surface area using 3 or 4 arm sections that fan out from the center creating a softbox like soft lighting for Youtube videos and vlogging or just lighting up an area for video filming. These LED video lights are super ultra cheap. They do require white balancing in the camera but that's easy and fast.
