To pull back the curtain a bit, one of the reasons I've started making these remixes about a month in advance is so that if I need to make any last minute changes I have the time to do so. Of course some of the changes I make may be a bit drastic compared to what I intended. This remix in particular was originally going to be done with the VRC6 expansion, but while I was getting ready to record the video I decided on a whim to change it to the default 2a03 because it didn't sound quite right to me.

I remember doing a VRC6 medley for the NES Friday the 13th game back in 2019, but at the time I didnt notice the cabin song had more to it than I expected. I wanted to revisit this at some point, so given this is the rare Friday the 13th to happen in October I decided a SNES would be my way of making up for it. I also tried to use .brr samples from Shin Megami Tensei because both games were made by Atlus. Hope you enjoy!

Id normally shy away from making PC-98 arranges of songs that are already PC-98 since I feel those are a little redundant, but this ones a special case. Fuzzbearplush is working on a Phantasmagoria Touhou fangame with PC-98 styled visuals, and he contracted me to work on the music. This included a number of arrangements of pre-existing PC-98 songs, and this was one of the songs pitched by him. As such, I decided to take a few liberties with this one. I personally like how this remix turned out, and I hope you enjoy it as well!
