Evin from Ontario, Canada AKA False Noise is a young Neurofunk producer who is essentially just now gaining any sort of recognition at all. Besides a few tracks on Upscale, False Noise mostly releases amazing free music on his SoundCloud what seems like every single time he makes something new. "Neon" is the most recent freebie of his, and it is by far my favourite False Noise track so far. It is without a doubt that this dude is going to explode in popularity, but let this track be known as his first truly, truly great one.
