I continue the walkthrough of Arcade Gannon's personal quest. The Remnants at the Battle for Hoover Dam are quite bugged; don't count on any of them following you the whole way.

I also have no idea what happened with Arcade. The second part of his "end dialogue" there never triggered; I have no idea why. I have never seen that happen before, sorry guys!
