How to Make Fallout NCR Cosplay Chest Armor - Weathering an EVA Foam Prop Using Paints and Metallics. In this video I go over all of the steps it takes to not only craft but paint some NCR chest armor. This armor is made out of HD-Foam so it is extremely light and comfortable to wear. I also go over all of the steps it take to make this foam armor look like it's weathered and from the wasteland. Free foam pdf templates available if you would like to make your own
