Fallout 76 - The 10mm SMG Is The Perfect Running Around Weapon

The lack of a suppressor or site mods make the 10mm SMG a rather frustrating weapon. It's not good for stealth or manual aiming. Anchorage Ace gives both these options but the Executioner's change has pretty much ruined that effect. Let's check out a made from scratch SMG that I crafted for the purpose of just running around without manual aiming, VATS or critical hits.
