Fallout 76 - Testing An Automatic Ultracite Laser Rifle With Bullet Storm

The Ultracite Laser in automatic form has a fairly small ammo capacity at 23 rounds. Quad increases that by quite a bit but loses out of damage from other 1st star effects. With Quad + a splitter, you should be able to leverage Bullet Storm for a pretty nice increase in damage. Let's have a look.
