Fallout 76 has always walked a careful line when it comes to monetization — and for a long time, players were told that real money would never translate into gameplay advantage.
In this video, I break down the newly released Mojave Bundle, what’s actually in it, and why it feels different from what we’ve seen before. I purchased the bundle myself so I could test the mechanics firsthand, including crafting and deconstructing the Ad Victoriam Super Sledge to learn a 4-Star mod.
This isn’t a rant, and it’s not about tearing Bethesda down. There are things in this bundle that genuinely look great — especially the NCR Ranger Power Armor. But when monetization starts touching systems and mechanics, it raises important questions about balance, intent, and the long-term direction of the game.
