Fallout 76 - How Good Is The Handmade Rifle Now?

The Handmade Rifle was my favorite gun for a long time. It was great in and out of VATS and AP efficient. With all the changes to weapons and mods, most guns are good in and out of VATS. AP efficiency is not even close to what it once was. Is the Handmade still deserving of our love? Let's find out.
