This starts the Costa Business Quest Line.

Bethesda has created a couple of new quests for Fallout 76 players. Allowing us to delve further into the Blue Ridge Caravan Company storyline, we have new quests entitled Costa Business. In the new quests, Vinny Costa, the NPC who gives us “Riding Shotgun”, now brings us new ways to help him and his employees. In the quest Costa Business: Kieran Kennedy, we have to travel to Big Bend Tunnel East to talk to Vinny who wants us to investigate the performance of some of his employees. He sends us to Big Bend Tunnel West to meet Kieran Kennedy and collect some items he wants for his kids. Report back to Vinny and collect some caps along with a plan for the Blue Ridge Toy Truck.
