This video's got the same video quality and volume issues as the last fallout video, unfortunately it came from the same VOD. I just didn't want to upload the next fallout video too chronologically far off from the first one. I think the next fallout video will probably have these issues and then my recordings start to get cleaner. Can't say for sure though.
