EDIT: 2/09/2018:
Seems the new patch got put out to all. One thing you need to know is that the game no longer uses fallout4VRcustom.ini, instead it uses fallout4custom.ini. So put whatever was in the fallout4vrcustom.ini into the fallout4custom.ini instead.

Just wanted to make a quick tutorial video to maybe help people who might still be struggling with their rift controls in Fallout 4 vr.

(if it doesn't work, try opting into the steam vr beta that has input emulator in the name)

Fallout4VrCustom.ini should be in your documents\my games\fallout4vr folder.
Look for [VRWand] and add these lines under it:
fMinPulsesForFullSwipe=1
fMaxPulsesForFullSwipe=1
