In 2021 I built my first settlement at Tenpines Bluff and it was a nice build, but I wanted to try again and incorporate some ideas I had not been able to use the first time so once again welcome to Tenpines Bluff!

This build was done on Playstation 5 using the "Game of the Year" edition. No building mods were used. The only mods I have are Creation Club skins which you will see on armor, clothing and the dog in the settlement.
