Travel with me to Taffington Boat House for this no mods settlement tour!
This one was constructed over many years. One of my earliest settlements originally with vanilla parts only. I gradually added DLC parts as the DLC's dropped.
This started as a house repair and grew into a trading post. Later I added the defences and the floating player home and bunkhouse.
