Following the events of "Open Season", several Raiders surrendered to the Sole Survivor and promised to change their ways and run a productive settlement. The "ex-Raiders" (really, regular settlers dressed up in Raider garb) kept their promise and now Greentop is a place for both commerce and farming. This build was done on a Playstation 4 using the Game of the Year Edition with No Building Mods. The only mods I have are Creation Club skins for Armor and the Pip Boy.
