Fallout 4 Retcons- Power Armor, Cats and Jet

With the addition of Fallout 4 to the franchise, a lot of things were added or removed from the in game canon and lore. Power cores, no training for power armor, the T-60 power armor appearing out of nowhere, and the X-01. Cats were reintroduced to the wastes, despite a decent amount of evidence that they had gone extinct, and Jet has been added as a pre-war drug, instead of a post war creation by Myron. Today, we shall take a look at all of these and decide whether or not they are retcons.
