The settlers in Nuka World have secured the Nuka World Red Rocket and a huge section of land around it. They intend to turn the area into a theme park for Wastelanders to enjoy and forget their troubles. One of the sections of this theme park is the Hall of Horror, an exhibition that taps into the fears of Scavvers everywhere. For this Halloween enjoy a trip through the Hall of Horror (with quick glimpses of my future Nuka World Red Rocket build)!
This build was done on a Playstation 5 using the Fallout 4 Game of Year Edition which includes DLCs such as Nuka World and Far Harbor. In addition, I have the May 2024 "Fallout 4" update by Bethesda installed. For those unfamiliar, this update made certain items like a Halloween decoration pack and a new Enclave adventure part of the main game. Also, for the first time ever I will be using content from the Creation Club in this build. That said, I am still not using any building mods, so no Place Anywhere, USO or other such mods. If you have any questions about how something is done in this video without building mods, please feel free to ask in the comments below.
