Cannibalism was so useless in this game so I added a little effect.
It heals 20 radiation damage over 20 seconds when you eat corpse with lvl 1 Cannibalism perk.
If you have lvl 3 perk it heals 40 radiation damage over 20 seconds.
Health regen remains the same as vanilla.
