Dogmeat finds something and a s c e n d s

What actually happened: Dogmeat (somehow) teleported to the locked room in the Greater Mass Blood Clinic with an Expert locked safe that contained a few goodies. I was in the process of unlocking the novice terminal to get the password to ynlock the door before I heard Dogmeat barking
