So after collecting 4 Keys around the wasteland, you will have to give them to this ghoul who wants to pay yo for it. I gave it to him, and applied a Stealth boy and stole them back XD
So these key's are for a place up north for the Tennpenny Tower, and in there you will find a bad ass armor and a bubble head and some other nice shit.
And this ICBM Rocket u can launch =O
