In episode eleven of this Fallout 2 playthrough, Nukie McRad takes the fuel cell controller he gets from Skeeter and gives it to Smitty, paying out $2000 to install it in the Highwayman so that we've got wheels for getting around the map with much greater ease. We subsequently head to Klamath and get ourselves the fuel cell regulator which is meant to improve fuel economy for the cell guzzling beast!
