Dedicated to HotEmoNyu for this suggestion! She's always been such a lovely commenter of mine, and I always appreciate her constant support of Ellis/Miku. ... Not that I appreciate ALL the support I get, of course.
I made this video to be much more story-based than my other videos, so it lacks a lot of effects and transitions. But I am pretty proud because before I made Ellikiins I would watch all these Disney crossovers and think "How on Earth can they do these stories and make them into music videos? I could never do that." Guess I just proved myself wrong.
YES I CHEATED ON THE DANCING AND USED FINAL FANTASY. SO SUE ME, BITCHES.
This video does have weird little glitches here and there, and I blame one of them on the error messages I get when I try to mask a clip, called "exceptions." I am so thankful that the error didn't occur until the last masking I did... and I did A LOT of masking. I was so scared I wouldn't be able to make good manips because of it and tried to cookie cutter everything.... Plus I discovered "feather." I feel stupid because it was right to the side of the screen... but whatever, makes my masking look SO much better.
ANYWAY, STORYTIME!
The L4D2 crew be goin' to da club (I am not sure why, lets assume civilization is getting itself back together after the apocalypse and they need to get their party on. I bet it was Nick's idea.) They are all a bit reluctant to enjoy themselves except for happy-go-lucky Ellis and eventually his good cheer spreads to his friends. During the excitement, Ellis stops and notices a tiny woman and a blonde man from across the club and becomes instantly fixated on the woman, especially her eyes. He makes his way towards her and attracts her attention, to which she moves over to him. He charms the woman, whose name is Miku, and she is eager to get him to dance with her. The two soon fall in love. However, their dance ends quickly when the man from earlier notices them. It turns out the man, Leon, isn't too happy seeing Miku with another man (whether they are an item, he has affection for her, or is just plain overprotective, you decide). He chases down Ellis, who panics and runs away only to be tackled and thrown around. Leon and Ellis begin to fight and the two whip out their guns from time to time. Miku, horrified by what she is seeing, runs over to Leon and begs him to leave him alone before anyone gets seriously hurt. Leon looks back at Ellis and threatens that if he sees him again anywhere near Miku he is a dead man. The two turn to leave Ellis, who is beaten on the floor and depressed, to find she has left him a business card with her phone number. Looks like they will be falling in love again. Awwwh yeah.

Hey guys, heres something a little different. And with that, I am not really sure how to explain this. From an editing point of view, I saw this video through various different meanings that I didnt intentionally create and the result is something that will either be meaningful or completely meaningless to those who view it. Some people may see the huge build up from Leon and Chris from their games, the secondary characters who are easily replaced and forgotten, the crime of bio-terrorism, sympathy for the zombies deaths, the aggression between characters and their past with themselves and each other, characters being tired of fighting the same threat over the years (getting to old for this), or complete random pretty clips to a cool song. I dont think there really is a wrong answer. Which is good and bad, since I cant really explain my creation, but people may really be able to look into it. But it aint Shakespeare, so dont think too hard.

And you see it, trailer footage for RE6! I was told about it, and I didnt believe it because people have tried countless times to play off spin offs for RE6, but I got GameInformer last night and whilst reading it this morning there was an article on the upcoming release of RE6! It was real!
And when it comes to RE, I have some really unpopular opinions. I love RE5 so, so much more than RE4. RE4 is too long, and it doesnt keep me interested in it as RE5. RE5 is probably one of my most favorite games of all time. I like Chris over Leon, and I know Leon is treated as a god in this community. I guess it is because I am so over Leons hype, and being so in love with RE5, liking Chris more comes with the territory. Both are very cool, very attractive men, dont get me wrong and I cant hate a RE character, and have admiration for them all, or I do no simply care. I also LOVE Sheva. I am a Shevasexual. As a girl, I am attracted to men exclusively, but if Sheva was like hey, wanna makeout? I wouldnt say no. I also really like Ashley, and I always have. Ive played along with the jokes, but I have never found her annoying. She is very, very strong when running solo, too. So I really do hope the NEW mysterious blonde this time is Ashley to show her strong side. But I will not hold my breath. For all I know, it is Rebecca who got a bad trip to the hair salon.
So I am excited, and will look forward to the release of the game regardless. However, I really do hope for certain thing from the game (or game series), and with seeing the trailer I am disappointed with some things.
I really do hope Sheva wasnt a one-time thing just to fill P2 during co-op and quiet racial accusations. This is a 3-main character thing, Chris, Leon, some dude and their partners, from what I can see. So I dont need my Sheva fix, but I still that someday....
I also cant get used to their models. It looks like them, but not. Leons chin looks way too wide to me, and he looks like the dude from Alone in the Dark. And I hate Leons facial hair. He looks so unkept and grundgy, unlike before where he is so cleancut. I mean, in the beginning of the video he is talking to the president of the United States. It looks like he got out of bed, slept in the clothes from yesterday and just walked to the White House. It seems out of character. But Chris did the complete opposite. He brushed his hair back and completely shaved. And he seems so angry (CHRIS SMASH ARRGHH). I mean both men has some bit of archtype to them, and Chris is to be aggressive. But it seems like the roids really got to him.
ALSO, blonde girl looks just like Jill/Fiona. Capcom, you gotta work on that. Seriously, before we have Fionas EVERYWHERE.
And I know people are upset that RE has turned to such an extreme, and getting into the series after RE4, I am not one of them. I do not ignore the games past, however, I prefer this turn of the game. But I do understand peoples opinion, since if TECMO did something like that to Fatal Frame, Id be very upset. But I am already unhappy with the fourth game on, anyway.
Oh well, we will just have to see! 11/20/12, baby.
