My take on completing the seventh cartridge of the game, Fallen Fantasy, without dying.
Doing so unlocks "Fallen Fantasy - Unbreakable" achievement.
You can find this cartridge in a secret area, the entrance to which you can unlock with a key in a room between SS Exodus 5 and SS Exodus 6.

Your task is simple, exterminate all vermin. Your time is running out.
The vermin have set locations where they can spawn, but the spawns themselves are random.
Completing the game in under 4 minutes and 30 seconds will unlock The Story of a Lifetime achievement.
At 4:02 I got into the secret room to skip the timer. This unlocks Unborn achievement.

Normally you would need to bounce off of two Monstars to reach the puzzle piece on the right, but I dont think this little trick I discovered is cheating.
