The four virtuosos of NEVERMIND met while studying in Paris and quickly recognized their shared passions and vibrant musicianship. On Friday, October 16, 2020 they present a program of music by Telemann, Marias, and J. S. Bach, including selections from The Art of Fugue.
On Thanksgiving weekend, the GRAMMY-winning BEMF Chamber Opera Series opens our video archives for the first time for TWO extraordinary broadcasts. The legendary voices of The Tallis Scholars have been a BEMF tradition for 31 consecutive seasons. The return on Friday, December 11, 2020 with music for the Christmas season written to invoke and honor the Virgin Mary with selections by Palestrina, Guerrero, Lassus, and others.
