It’s easier than you might think to replace a broken fly zipper. Make sure to measure the broken zipper, especially if it’s metal, to get the correct size. If it’s a nylon zipper, they are a lot easier to cut down without needing any special tools. We also like to use an Open Toe Foot for our final topstitching so we can clearly see to match any marks from the original stitching.
