Doc explains how important time and temps are when deciding what to do to your lawn in August. Soon temps will be dropping and our lawn care program will change. As the temps drop we reduce fertilizer on warm season lawns, but increase on cool season. If you plan to do anything harsh... such as scalping you need at least 4 weeks of temps in the 80s for recovery.
