Ground bison (browned first)
two bell peppers (if you actually have time lol)
fire roasted corn
two cans of different beans (i like kidney, pinto, red beans)
onion
one can tomato sauce
beef stock
spices: oregano, garlic, italian seasoning, thyme (and any other fave spices)
