PUMPKIN BREAD RECIPE🍞
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 ground ginger
1/4 ground nutmeg
👩🏻‍🍳Whisk and set aside…
In a separate bowl combine…
1/2 cup of oil
2/3 cups white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
👩🏻‍🍳Give it a quick stir, then add
2 large white eggs at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
1/4 cup whole milk.
👩🏻‍🍳Combine everything. Dont over mix the batter. 350° in the oven for an hour. After 40 minutes, loosely cover it with aluminum foil for the remaining 20 minutes for a less browned top.
