Hi friends! I decided to do a fall bedroom decor refresh and thought you could make brunch with me. I love to add cozy touches to my home this time of the year to make it feel seasonal and cozy. I also thought it was the perfect time for some cinnamon sugar French toast!

Cinnamon Sugar French Toast

For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tsps cinnamon

For the French Toast
8 slices of thick cut bread
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsps cinnamon
Vanilla bean paste or 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Optional- add butter, whip cream, and some cinnamon sugar mixture to the top when done cooking.
