I decided to mix this Koze Kitchen in with a few wholesome stories so we could warm our bellies and our hearts.

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes Recipe:
easy: pumpkin pie filling & pancake mix
from scratch:
pumpkin spice mix in --
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of almond milk
pumpkin pie spice OR mix of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves
pancake batter --
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar of choice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- combine batter & pumpkin spice mix
- pour into donut ring tray
- bake @350 for 18-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- top with maple syrup, vegan icing, coconut whip cream, etc.

Apple Crumble Crisp Recipe:
1Cup of Brown Sugar
1Cup of Pumpkin Flax Granola Or Oats
1Cup of All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup of Melted Butter
Cinnamon
Apples
Sugar
- preheat oven to 350F
- mix brown sugar, granola, flour and butter in large bowl
- use half of mix to layer bottom of pan.
- cut and peel apples and layer on top of the crumble
- sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of apples
- set rest of crumble mix on top
- bake for 40-50 mins or until golden
- top with coconut whip cream or vegan ice cream
