Counterfeit.

These really are useless junk.
While some of them do work (a little) they can take over 10 hours to completely format (USB3) and another 10 hours to write to the drive (128GB) to completely fill it.
Some of these fakes refuse to do a full format.
I have found it necessary to completely format these flash drives (these fakes as well at the genuine Transcend drives) for them to work reliably.
