If you find a source where the 18650 cells are cheap... Then its most likely to be fake. Especially if they aren't from genuine vendors.

In this video we will conclude the test and I show you what the result was.

Not surprisingly most cells did fail except for the more expensive one. But also what was interesting was that many of the ordered cells didn't even show up...
