So, I was stuck while playing through Chapter 3 and was looking at a guide, I was specifically at apartment 2A after getting the flashlight but for some reason, couldn't get back to the building's basement.
Anyways, after a short while (56-57 seconds to be exact) a whispering voice starts talking about some weird cases and news articles covering satanic rituals and for some reason a woman's diet, slowly killing her or something like that. Of course this is the second time of me trying to trigger this, and as far as I can remember (during my initial discovery) the voice described some animal bones found under a school (300 if I recall) but I think I didn't manage to get that, it seems like these are a bunch of recorded lines about some incidents at random as you'll hear them getting repeated a bunch (Listening to all of it once more to add chapters/segments I can say it seems like most of these reports/news articles are about a certain satanic cult and also the US government's involvement with them and some other conspiracy theories. Although I'm not exactly sure, some research needs to be done about this).
Anyways yeah, if you want to try this for yourself get to the apartment building, trigger the part with the camera and go in 2A where the dagger is and just wait for approx. a minute. I don't know if this is place-specific but that's where I triggered it. Sorry for the abrupt ending too, the recording stopped because I was afk for a while. You can also hear the mouse clicks of someone starting the recordings, maybe airdorf themselves :) Kinda cute.
