Faisal Al Mutar is an Iraqi human rights advocate, founder of Ideas Beyond Borders, and member of the World Liberty Congress leadership council. At the 2025 College Freedom Forum at Tufts University, he shares how democratic interventions failed in Iraq and explains why educating people about democratic values is essential to building free societies.
