Correctly configured Failsafe is super important for your, your drone's, and others' safety. In Betaflight (or INAV) you might be tempted to use the Failsafe flight mode that can be found in the Configurator's Modes tab. But, don't use it! It's a legacy, absolutely obsolete way of configuring and working with the failsafe of your drone or RC airplane. All modern radio systems will communicate a failsafe state in a way that does not require you to worry about this flight mode at all.
