MISSION PLAN:
The Majestic in Golden Briefcase
I figured this wouldn't work for the Back to Basics challenge from the start because I had a vague memory of the telescope kill not counting as anything specific in the past, but I had to test it to be sure, so I recorded this video before the Paris one. I still like this method in spite of it being technically useless.
For anyone confused, the issue here is that shooting the telescope triggers a cutscene, so according to the game Silvio Caruso doesn't really die from the bullet I fired, he just dies. Of coincidence.
Doing the Back to Basics challenge in this mission properly without getting really close to Silvio first to remove his bodyguards would be tough.
