Hey guys, this is a quick video test I did inside a gutted factory where we are investigating the prospect of holding a drone race.
First part of the video I am using VTX03 @ 200mw and we are flying inside the second floor of the factory - for some reason the words I wrote on the video got cut off...

Hey guys! I finally got the chance to Maiden the APEX now that the weather cleared a bit and just in time to try out the new Clearview RACE set that I got.
Really blown away on the performance of both of these so look forward to a full Tune guide on the APEX and a review on the Clearview.
This was just a bit of testing I was doing with the APEX - I am super impressed with Betaflight 3.2 RC6 so I am going to flash it to 3.2.1 next before doing the tuning video")

So here we have it guys, took me about 3 hours to build with the HELIO FC using a Matek PDB. Overall I am pretty happy with the layout. The weird corner motor pads actually work really damn well and keep the wires off the top of the FC.
This DVR is entirely STOCK settings - all I did was set RX / Failsafe / Rates and run the IMUF update. It flew freaking great though a bit too loose for my liking. The next flight I cranked P gain, went a lil too far.. backed it up in the next flight and it was perfection.
Will post the post-tune flight later.

Hey guys, ever since I posted that video about my woes with Biblades on RC4 many people have asked questions about it or plainly told me I was crazy to pursue them... so I decided to make a little video here to tell you guys a bit about my reasons for using them and what the secret is for flying them.")

I flew a good portion of that pack with a bent prop. Not just a bent prop, an accordion bent prop and I barely even noticed it. Only thing that clued me in something was wrong was a tiny bit more propwash than normal.

As promised on my last video, here is the flashing & tuning guide on Betaflight 3.2.1 - this is a quick video, I am not going to go into a ton of detail on what each setting does and its historical provenance. I am just going to show you guys how I Flash and set up my quads before the maiden.
Tuning the quad is a whole separate matter and should be done out in the field after a couple test flights.

I was made aware that the configurator was updated on Google Play as of this morning. I had already shot and edited the video, so I am not going to re-do it. Either way, if you run bleeding edge Betaflight ( daily builds ) its good to get in the habit of manually updating the configurator. If your configurator already says 10 then you are good to go.")

Hey guys! Finally got some time to do some research and bring you guys some fresh tasty info. Looks like FRSky is working on a new RX protocol to deliver RX Control and TELEMETRY over a single wire connection.
F-Port is structured much like SBUS is except it uses an uninverted signal - meaning you dont need to fuck around with inversion anymore to get stuff to work. You also get Telemetry and control out of a single port which is pretty awesome.
