Serving as public safety officer has never been more challenging than it is today. The mental and physical demands placed on officers are immense, and if not properly recognized and managed, they can have a significant toll. Equally important is the ongoing effort to advocate for public safety officers, a mission that requires evolving tools, strategies, and leadership to be truly effective.
That's why the National Fraternal Order of Police is proud to host two highly anticipated events held back to back in Nashville, Tennessee. Joining us today is Sherry Martin, Director of our National Fraternal Order of Police Wellness Services Division, who will share information about our upcoming Wellness Summit to be held February 17th through 18th, 2025. We'll also hear from Keith Turney, the National Fraternal Order of Police Director of Education and Outreach to discuss our upcoming Leadership Matters training scheduled for February 19th through 22nd.
